Spike is loving the blues this week, which is fine with me. Im sure hes hitting the greens in between. Im sure you noticed by my SS that I dont do a lot of testing between shots. I used to be addicted to testing but have weaned myself off (lol). Im home most of the time and know the signs of Spike going low. Hes pretty consistant with his insulin dose and it only varies by a smidge. He always has food available to him and hes a self feeder when he feels the lows coming on. Now if he could only give himself his shot Id be all set.
We got our xmas tree last night and its drinking up water in Spikes porch. He cant wait for it to be set up in the house so he can play "hiding in the woods under a tree" with it. Plus he said he has some great new hiding places for those ornaments he always steals. Im going to be baking (and really trying not to eat) triple chocolate chip cookies and truffles.
