Knowing him, it will probably be in the second half of the night! All the way till AMPS. Hope you can nap between tests!
Yup. Quite a drop!95 @ +5, he’s had a snack. Test in another hour, I’m thinking
Yup. Quite a drop!
Did he get food at +3 and +4? Remember what I said about feeding a little every hour in active cycles to flatten the curve? He has this sudden look of ‘I need food now!

What do you have in higher carb food? Feed him something between 12-14% and test in an hour.
Yup. A tsp is fine.I opened the prime fillet by accident … looks yummy, lol. Gonna give a teaspoon?
Yup. A tsp is fine.
Dr. Lisa's list says:I also have FF chicken feast Chunky and beef feast in gravy ( don’t know the carb count)
Get a +6. That's in half an hour or so?He is a fan of this treat… lol. I’ll test at +6 (in a half hour) or should I wait until +6.5?

ETA: Note down in the SS comments when you feed higher carbs.
Maybe another diner option for the chicken feast chunky… Thats good.. it has wheat gluten and soy flour and soy protein - so I thought maybe md carb
And I’m not too sure about the beef.. the wording is a little different - doesn’t say ‘gourmet’ and says ‘chunks’ instead says ‘beef flavour feast in gravy - chunks’ but has corn starch, soy flour and soy protein
Canada’s wording is a bit different .. like the Pates don’t have ‘classic’ in their name
Either is fine. Some people put it in the comments. Others in the cell itself. Whatever you prefer. Since you are using the world SS, comments may be easier. In the hourly cell or in the notes?
Yup, some of the extra gravy variants and the gravy centre ones are not gravy just extra jus and low carb. But you want to check the values in the carb calculator to be sure when they say gravy and have flour.Another one I’m not sure of is Friskies Extra gravy Chunky with Turkey. On FB they say extra gravy is not real gravy… but maybe the chunky version is different … also has corn starch, wheat gluten and soy flour

Yup.guessing I should be looking at the dry matter carbs?
Yup.
What you have on the can labels is "guaranteed analysis" - just an approximation. Dr. Lisa's charts have used actual values collected from the manufacturers. Hence the variance. But you should get an approximate idea about whether the food is low, medium or high carb with the GA values.
Feed some LC, take a nap and get a +9 - can you nap between tests?

Then let's see the +8 and maybe you can call it a night then.I don’t nap well, to be honest.. it’s all or nothing for me
Don't think about it. Happy to help! Thanks Bhooma! You have no idea how much it’s means to me to have you are here with me (and the furminator!) I wish there was more I could do than to say thanks and millions times

Look at you, Gus. Keeping your mom busy getting you food and treats while you nap in between tests. What a life!![]()
Good job keeping Gus safe last night. I hope he keeps surfing safely today.
