Hi everybody. I haven't been around for a few days. Living in a drug induced fog is not conducive posting on the Net. I managed to take a bad tumble slipping in the snow on Sunday evening and landed flat on my back and elbow. I missed hitting my head but really twisted my neck. All I can say is Flexerill combined with pain killers works quite well. I've slept a lot the past few days. So much for my 6 nights off-totally wasted. Any way enough of me.

Tori's numbers the last few days have not been good at all. Mostly yellows and now some pinks I opened a new cartridge a couple of days ago but that hasn't helped so this morning I've raised her to a fat 1.5. I'm hoping that will help. Is this related to last weeks chemo? Who knows? It's hard to say.

WCR- She's been acting like her normal sweet purry, cuddly, at times feisty self. Whenever she gets higher numbers I always wonder about a CP Flare but apart from the higher numbers I don't see anything. She's eating well and all the Ps are accounted for. I doubt she's getting sick but I'm keeping a close eye on her.

I hope everybody has a good Furday. I'm waiting for my daughter to come home so I can go out and do some running around. It's back to work tonight. Only for 4 though. That will give me a couple of days next week to run around like a crazy person. Have a good one.

Ouch! Sorry about your fall. I hear the elbow is a really sensitive area. Hope you are feeling better.

I can't help you with your question on chemo and bg's. Glad to hear that Tori is feeling good and full of purrs and cuddles with a touch of feistiness added. cat_pet_icon

Hi Barb, Oh, those winter slips on the ice are awful! I've started wearing "Stabilicers Lite" on my boots. They have traction plates and are very easy to walk in. Too bad you had to be in pain on your nights off! I'm sending you some healing vines (I guess you have enough snowflakes!).

Tori, let's see some better numbers this weekend, OK?

Oh Barb: Not good that you took a tumble. We don't bounce as well as the kids do. Hope the dosecrease works for Tori and your next 4 night of work are not too hard. Take care, healing vines on their way.

Well at least she managed to see some yellow today and hopefully this new dose will bring her back down where she belongs. She's had a good day. Eating well and has had lots of cuddle time with me and Ayanna.

I must get my butt in gear and get ready for work. I fell asleep after feeding time. I hope everybody has a good night, Will try and get to few condos before I leave. Have a good night everybody. Special hugs for all our kitties who aren't feeling well and their Beans too.

And good luck with the new dose. I hope it helps bring Tori down some. It sounds like she is doing well - always a good thing.
