Good Morning LL! Tess seems t be feeling better this morning, very hungry and demanding breakfast ! She managed to get out of the kitchen to come look for me, we had been confining her there at night while she was having LB issues. She has made a trip to the LB this morning with no straining and no trying to pee elsewhere afterwards. There is also to longer any sign of blood.

I'm going to move her Clavamox up to +1 from +3 so I can give her the Fortiflora with her last breffis at +3. The ER vet said I could adjust the time for a better schedule and I had waited to give it to her yesterday until I had spoken to out regular vet. No Bupe needed this morning so far and paws are crossed for no more liquipoo. Because of the diarrhea I am not giving her the Miralax for a while. I hope I have the schedule right now.

WCR 4 Ps this morn, although there was an extra deposit in the LB yesterday, unfortunately it was of the semi- liquid variety. Tess is acting quite perky attacking newspapers on the floor and having a good go at the feather.

Wow - on a flatline pink too. Tess - maybe down on the color chart some - we'd all love to see you hit the yellow and blue floors today. Mannie is waiting on the blue one for you. Shesshhh I hope he is still on the blue floor. He had that twinkle in his eye this AM, muttering something about wondering where Tess was... hmmm....

Hey Tess - KTSS for Butthead today - he's recovering from surgery, and really needs our services! Chicken soup, curative catmint tea, and well the spa treatment for sure.... the other kitties there say he has an exceptionally nasty version of the vetty smell. See you Soon! ~~ Mannie

So glad Tess is feeling better!!! Looks like that UTI has given her these flat pinks??? Poor Tess darling!! Hope you are getting some rest and are soon done with your projects. BTW...I have 3-4 boxes of cosequin and Gracie no longer needs it....would you like me to mail them to you? If so, PM me your address and I'll send them posthaste so you don't have to buy it.

KTSS for Butthead!!! Hope your KTSS made you feel better Tess! Can't wait to see you!

Ughhh!! Just lost a long Post! cat(2)_steam Anyway I wasn't expecting this today. She really is feeling better! :mrgreen: Purring, eating well, looking out the window and cuddling in laps as opposed to sleeping all day in her cube. This is right on schedule for the abs to have kicked in, so I guess it was an infection. next time I will know to make sure to have the C and S done first! Would there be such a sudden improvement if it was sterile cyctitis?

Michelle, so much for yellow (totally skipped), and blue (very brief visit0, the girl wants green. :mrgreen: :mrgreen: I haven't been able to get to other condos either, so I hope Mannie didn't wait for her and that he went on to green too.

Marjorie, thanks but I already ordered more online. Absolutely Pets had a really good price and good deals on Feliway too. I also ordered one of the ceramic fountains on Amazon. Tess's Christmas shopping is done! :-D Well, almost.

Mannie~ Gracie! Thank you so much for the KTSS treatment yesterday! I feel soooooo much better! I'll be ready to help in no time, I just need to find my boots, it's raining here! Poor Butthead! Maybe we should take shifts and always have someone there while he is at the vetty place. We can just blend in. -- Tess

Hope Tess likes her fountain better then Do Lou did he hated his would not get near it maybe a eyesight thing I had to order a petmate for him (what he had before) I know when I ordered his pioneer fountain several people told me their cats loved them. Anyway so very very happy to hear Tess is feeling better more healing vines sent just to make sure that infection goes away and nice numbers too ;-)

Still in green at +6, :mrgreen: i got my new Infinity meter today, very nice and first test was only 3 points different. Got to go out to DR appt for mom. I'll get to more condos later.

binks has 3 fountains...but they're the serenity fountains they sell for people...my brother got one for me for xmas, and as it was binksy's first xmas...he thought it was his.
he puts his nose against the granite and lets the water run over his face...very zen!
if i ever figure out how to post pics...i'll show u his favorite relaxation technique!

I'm happy to hear Tess is feeling better. That's great news? What ceramic fountain did you order on ebay? I haven't had much luck with the petsmart ones.

You got your infinity? I just ordered mine. You planning on uploading the graphs and stuff? USB port? I wonder if I have a spare port on this dinosaur - what with two cameras, a scanner, and whatever else... hmmmmm - could be a problem... i'm glad that you like the new meter - can't wait for mine to get here... yes: a new toy!

Uh negative on the Manster. They are back on that teeter totter. His +9 was that unmentionable three letter color, pmps is that four letter unmentionable color.... maybe he'll meet up with Tess tomorrow... :lol: :lol:

Pretty good day for Miss Tess, she was probably green all afternoon. :-D She doesn't think it's fair that she has to wait till 6:00 for dinner. My mom is over for dinner so things will be a little scattered here once again.

A little more variance this test, 104 on the Maxima and 115 on the Infinity, still within variance. I've been doing the tests from the same drop of blood. I hope the difference doesn't grow as the numbers rise or I will have to rethink this. Hocks was really fast, I only ordered it on Wed. and got it today! You have to order the cable, which I probably will do when I get the case of strips. It's a good sized outlay all at once for a case, but you can't beat $11 a box.

Ann, I've read that you can get two different readings from the same meter using the same drop of blood. The moral is: refrain from comparisons!!

Very nice for Tess.!! No worries on the cosequin; I'm glad you got it ordered. So what is with the Infinity? Sounds like it does alot more than just test blood? Hmmmm...you think I have to have one? :lol: :lol: Gotta keep up with the LL'ers.

Hi Ann - interesting on the infinity... not too much of a variance.

marjorie - Ann and I both use the maxima meter, which is being phased out, replaced by the Infinity. I too decided to give it a try, the strips etc are about the same price, and not too terribly expensive. this meter will allow you to upload data, graphs etc to your 'puter. Sounds kinda slick... :-D

nice numbers tonight with Tess - she and Mannie are neck and neck in a race through the land of the greens.
