Working from home today and caught a green number during the AM cycle. Here's to small victories. :D

Ruby produced a large soft poop after a bit of digging and crying in the litterbox this morning but she seems to be ok, nagged me for her midday meal and is now napping contentedly at my feet right now. Pray the diarrhea is done with.

@Wendy&Neko you asked why I was using Dasuquin vs Cosequin. Dasuquin seems to have additional ingredients that are supposed to enhance the efficacy of the glucosamine and chondroitin. Ruby won't eat her food when I mix fish oil into it, so this was another attempt at helping her. Since we started seeing the oncologist I haven't been bringing her to her primary DVM who would be the one to administer an Adequan shot that I have heard really does help according to members here. I will bring it up next time we are at her local vet.

Afternoon Katherine, I'm glad you were home today and caught that green. Made me sad that Ruby was crying in her LB, I hope the diarrhea is over with.
Have a good nap Ruby! Hope you see more greens Katherine. Give my Ruby a kiss for me. Have a good rest of the day :bighug::bighug::bighug::bighug::cat:

Another thing with similar properties to help the bones/ligaments is hyaluronic acid. It is a liquid I just mixed in with food. Hyaflex was the brand I used.

I bet Ruby enjoyed having you home today!
I loved being able to work with a cat in my lap! It was really nice for all of us!

I did use Hyaflex for a while at your suggestion. Went through a bottle of it and never got more. I should try it again as Ruby didn't mind the taste of it.

Yay Ruby for the green:D I just wanted to tell you if Ruby goes on the Adequan injections, we did them at home. They are given subcutaneously like Insulin and might save you money doing it yourself. Just a thought. Hope you are all doing well Katherine. Sending special hugs to Ruby-doo and Olive. :bighug::bighug:
