12/16 Radar - he's eating and I'm testing today to evaluate his dose

Radar has returned to eating his regular food in normal amounts in the last couple of days. With normal eating, the LB has also returned to normal. He's very interested in sitting in my lap today and wants lots of hugs. Poor little guy doesn't understand that I have a lot of things to do before my mom comes tomorrow. We will continue the Cerenia and the mirtazapine so we don't lose any ground in the eating department. The plan is to test frequently today to see what the current dose is doing for him and then make any necessary adjustments before there's a new person and different activity in the house.

What a great name. MASH fan? (He seems to me to look a little like their Radar.)

Everybody asks us that and although we did watch MASH at one time, the name actually comes from the very unique way that he moves his ears when he's paying attention to a noise that interests him. The movement reminded us of radar dishes looking for a signal and we thought this would be a great name for him. We'd always had dogs before this little cutie came into our house and dogs do NOT move their ears like radar dishes.

So relieved to hear that Radar continues to feel better.
I bet you'd like to hang and give tons of hugs to him all day long if you could!
