12/16 Papaya PMPS=55 +3=56 +4=60 +6=83

Yesterday, mostly yellow and thereabouts

Papaya started in pink, dropped to blue before I left for work by +4, and surprised me with a 55 for PMPS. We shall soon see if it's just the start for a bounce, or whether there's room to drop yet . . .

Last night when she came to be brushed before bed, she did a double take when she realized my tall chest of drawers was pulled out of the corner of the room. I had to clear space by all the outlets so an electrician could come in today and check wiring, as I had a switch go and when he fixed it he saw cracked wires so he wanted to inspect everything. Anyways, Papaya had to "secure the perimeter" as my mom calls it, and sniff around every new spot she could access with the dresser pulled out. When she decided there was nothing suspicious to report she came back to the rug to be lifted up to bed. I'm always happy when she is feeling energetic enough to explore and do some extra walking around!

ETA: whoa, my meter is stuck in green!! :mrgreen:

WOW - look at Papaya go! Very nice surf, little lady!

LOL on "securing the perimeter!" My guys are always very "interested" when things get moved around.

Oh Amy that is just beautiful to see! Sooooo flat too!
Great work employing Papaya to pre-inspect everything before the electrician got there. Those guys can be pretty shady (wait...I'm one of those people :? :lol: ). Hope all was ok with your wiring.

Evening Amy, Pam & Kim! Isn't this amazing :shock: . . . she is really surfing it! She got 11% at PS, +1, +2, then small amounts of 18% at +3 and +4. In between testing and snacks she is busy being a sphere in her cat bed . . . although the deliciousness of this last snack prompted the "cello" pose of licking the back toes :lol:

Pam . . . feel free to pass the trampoline on to someone else, we DON'T want it back :lol:

Kim . . . didn't realize you were one of those shady people :lol: This guy was a friend of a friend so I was fine with him poking around while I was at work - although I had to leave him a note to please make sure the bed (complete with cat under covers) didn't get moved away from the shelf with the food on it since she's diabetic, needs access to the food, and is limited in how much she can jump . . . should have signed it "crazy cat lady" :lol:

I love that look of surprise, then interest, when something isn't as it should be....curiosity gets them every time :lol:

My kitties would be under the bed if an "unknown" even comes in the front door :lol:

Hi Jane! She's having a nice long run of green tonight!

She makes pretty quick decisions about whether she likes new "unknowns" - some people just walk in downstairs and she flees, while others she'll let sit next to her on the couch!

Thanks for visiting us too, Rachel! I didn't post until later because I hadn't recorded the BG numbers on the SS before I left for work and couldn't quite remember them so I had to wait until I got home! Happily it looks like I get to go to bed because she hasn't eaten since +4 but +6 is going up . . . just not too far up by AMPS please Papaya!
