Hello Everyone,
Shadow gave me a nice 89 this morning. Kinda unusual for her but I ain't complaining.
She cruises in acceptable numbers so .... so far.... so good. :thumbup
Only another week until she gets left alone for 6 days with her canned food opener substitute visiting twice a day. Two bowls will be left out with 2 portions in the timer for
each 12 hours. I have crab legs defrosting so I can make her a slurry of shrimp, crab and canned food and freeze it for the timer feeder. Want to guarantee she'll be interested
in her food bowl. ;-)
I always pray extra daily when this week starts approaching for her safety and our safety traveling.
My biggest worries are fire ( but it's snowing today - already 2 plus inches) and someone breaking into our house while we are gone ( which isn't likely in our Mayberry like town).
I don't worry about losing stuff, I worry that someone will break a window and that after a few hours, Shadow might decide to try going outside thru that opening.
Probably better if we didn't lock the door but of course we aren't going to do that.
We'll be driving on Dec 21. ( end of the world  )
Hey, if I can find something to worry about, that's normal for me.
I think my neighbor across the street is actually having Christmas here for a change so I'll have them keep our house on observation.
I disappeared for a week as I could barely get out of bed.... some virus/bug and it got me good. And of course, now I have a sinus infection so I'm back on AB.
Normal.
Many many prayers for Roni and Brad and Moonie and anyone else I see needing/requesting them.
We are going to the first showing of the Hobbit in a few hours.
Thought it would be a good time since most would be at work or at school but the Lab just cancelled and so did the school for a snow day.
We already have our tickets so I hope everyone doesnt decide to run to the movies.
