Good morning. So last night's pmps he threw a 129. Dh got home just in time to make sure he got his +9 snack. So unsure what caused the higher number at preshot. He did drop pretty fast yesterday AM from preshot to +2 but nothing he hasn't done before.

I've decided if we are going to move forward with a trial I will start the weekend of Christmas. I should be home just a tad more for a few days to give it a go. I'm fine with whatever happens. It's not like the food schedule is relaxed I'll still need to make sure he is eating at good times. The only change would be removing insulin. I don't expect it to just get easy. Or less sleepless nights. He is so food aggressive I have to do my best when home to make sure he eats only his food.

Well, you have a great support team here on this forum and it sounds like you're very diligent and aware of their BG numbers, which is all great stuff. Listen to Little Man as well as your gut. Good luck to you both! You're doing great!

Well we will see still want to get the advice from the resident experts before we actually try a trial. We have a week before I'd want to start so we have time to continue to give him the extra support
