It's Friday! 1 week until our winter break starts. I am planning to take a couple extra days next week, and I'm excited to stay home and pet the kitten. She seems to be doing well this morning - she's back to her normal peeing where she should, pooping on paper, generally yell at momma self.

Fun story - her vet was super surprised when I told her that Kit comes to find me if I haven't tested her at one of her regular times, or if I've gotten distracted and forgotten to give her the twice daily transdermal gabapentin. She was also surprised that a fair amount of the time I'll tell Kit it's time to test, and she follows me to whichever bed I want to use at the time, hop right up and settle down for a test. The vet worries a lot that testing so often is upsetting to Kit, but it's pretty clear it's not. Anywho, I was amused by her surprise.

Safe surfing to the kitties, and it's almost the weekend to the humans!

Good thing you know better than your vet that Kit is happy for her tests. She’s just a happy kitty.
Great job, Alicia. Glad she’s peeing and pooping where she should.
Enjoy the weekend and the upcoming time off. You sure need it!! :bighug::bighug::bighug:
