Frip is happy, purry, cuddly this morning… cat_pet_icon Maybe something to do with the Pure Bites!!! Well he likes the Chicken ones better than the Shrimps or Fishy ones ohmygod_smile

I’ll need to get the dog size bag… I just bought kitty size to try them out to see if he would eat it…
Strange thing, the one I bought at Wal-mart is Pure Snacks… same packaging but different name? They didn’t have the Shrimps so I went to the pet store and they had the shrimps Pure Bites… I checked the web sites are the same… Weird why different packaging???


Question for Canadians:I have about 100 U left in my last Lantus cartridge. Do we need a prescription to buy Lantus for a cat? My original prescription was not renewable. When I asked for the price at Wal-Mart last summer, the lady was going to sell it to me (she knows it’s for a cat since I buy all his stuff there, I didn’t get the Lantus there originally) but I said I’ll come back later (didn’t realize my prescription was not renewable then)…

When I last talked to my vet, she told me to bring her a curve and then she will give me a new prescription… But, but, but when she sees he’s on a ‘Fat Drop’ and always under 9.0 (150) huuummm… I have a feeling she’ll tell me it’s time to stop… I can probably tell her I still want to always have it just in case but would be easier if I don’t need the prescription…

Glad you got thoses pure bites (or pure snacks) I never remeber the name. I think you will be happy getting him off those temptations.

You do not need a prescription for Lantus here.
I got mine last year at Walmart no problem.
Let mw know if you have a problem though.

My cats go crazy for the chicken too, I buy the dog sized bags.

Nope, no perscription required in Canada

PMPS is 101... looks like the nadir is shifting a little earlier... or maybe it's the FF he got at +11 and the PMPS has food spike in it... I'll test his BG tomorrow if he meows to eat around +11...
