bit of a quiet cycle today. didnt increase cause was having 60s.. PS a bit high than has been today.. 
was going to see if an increase is the way to go still but am wondering if my syringes have been a problem.. as my recent box of syringes didnt have the barrel flush w the ring (Relion, where i like to measure doses.. easiest..) and i am now using up older boxes of syringes that were good but were off in terms of markings and have found these syringes flush and much more consistent in that way.. the last box the barrel was slightly lower.. (like where it bottlenecks right at top near the needle was lower….). 
i think in these doses that possibly matters. (?)
so maybe wont increase/see on increasing rn because of this.. im going to use the nice older syringes and see how numbers maybe look. got some picked and prepped for the next few cycles/days already. 
these numbers arent at all bad.. but know its wanted/suggested to maybe get PS even better (they were looking it! but today idk.. thats been the case tho before..) and reallyyy want to get back into momentum from before.. been at a while; dose is in between and we working hard still, esp at night, always trying to get tests 
(turns out my circumstances for decreasing didnt even pan out like i was hoping…….. just praying we can get back.. 
)
admit im also a little nervous of decreasing PS by increasing at these nadir numbers.. but maybe someone can illuminate that a little for me.. it shouldnt drop him too low, right?.. (cuz know at certain numbers medicine just moves things not even a few points and is level. But idk…...)
