Morning ~O) ~O) Maggie is up on the yellow floor but did come down okay at the +3! I may have done another fur shot yesterday. She's had weird cycles, one day greens and next day highs, very unlike the flat Maggie we all know. I think part of it is her teeth, and the other part is the Bean with the furs. :-| I had a steroid injection in my left shoulder yesterday, and this is the side I use to grasp the scruff; I shoot with the right hand, being r. handed. I think it will be better now with me getting Maggie's shot under the skin. She's so sweet and patient, purring the whole time. All P's in place today, and we had play time, two mini breffifs, and now she is all curled up in a ball in her bed. I think we may have rain again today by the looks of it.

Hi Ann,
I hope the shot in your shoulder will help you out in the Maggie-shooting department!! Has had an effect yet? Edward's shoulder, which had been bad for over 7 years, is now completely better. He has found a chiropractor who is an absolute genius. I hope that you will have this kind of good luck, too.

Hope the shot helps your shoulder! Those shots hurt like you know what, but they are worth it a day or so after. Healing vines to you. Baby yourself a little today and let Maggie wait on you. :lol:

Thanks Amy, I know we need to flatten her out again. I think once her teeth are taken care of, she may do better.

Hi Ella, I really thought Mags was going to do better today. She has had quite a bit to eat for breffifs, so hopefully this is food, too. The shots take 48 hours to take effect approximately. Thanks for the info on a Chiropractor's and Edward's good outcome. It sure is worth considering.

Hi Melissa, so much for Mags coming down! Yes, the shots hurt like heck going in but so worth it for the relief they give us. Okay, I will let Maggie wait on me today :lol: I'll let you know later how the day went with us. :lol:

Hi guys .. I like that maggie has come down today .. I hope that her high's come to an end soon .. And hopefully the shot will help you with shooting her .. I can't even begin to imagine having a purring kitty at shot time .. it was war in this house .. have a great day!

Ann, I sure hope the shot helps your shoulder. The last time I got a cortisone shot in my shoulder, they must have hit a nerve. I couldn't even raise my arm or drive for about 5 hours. It was like I had a fake appendage attached to my body! I have been doing at type of PT that is called "dry needling". It is helping me so, so much! Not sure if you have tried it. I like it better than acupuncture.

Wow I missed all the shoulder problems you've been having, owwwwie on the shot! I hope it's feeling better tonight.

Mags sounds like such a good girl, being all patient with her momma bean this morning. What is up with these yellows Mags?? These aren't your kinda numbers girl. I hope she comes down for you tonight.

Ann, I hope that steroid shot helps you as much as they have helped me. I hate to get them, but oh the relief! Now, Maggie, let's talk about these numbers...
 
Hi Tracy and Linda, thanks for stopping by and checking on Maggie. I don't quite know what to think with the yellows, definitely not Maggie numbers. Could teeth and dental issues cause these highs and also so many fur shots may have gotten her off track? I don't know if increasing the dose is quite right if it's a dental issue. Thanks on the shoulder and shot. I think by tomorrow I'll be feeling more relief. Yes, I hate to give in to them, too, Linda, but they sure do give relief.
 
Hi Ann - wow, yellow for Maggie, not true Maggie colors for sure! It could be he teeth - hard to day. maybe it is just an off day for Maggie. I hope she is back on track tomorrow.

I hope too that the shoulder shot gives you some relief - paws crossed for you.

Hi Michelle, yes I hope the yellows are from the teeth as then it can be fixed once she has a dental. Also some fur shots may have messed her up! Yes, I did get a walk in between clouds and cool weather. No one has claimed to own the beauty kitty, but she had not made any late night visits, so hopefully that means she has a home.
