I was just too busy with major cleaning yesterday to post I am sooooo behind in visiting condos and I hate that anyway I have some time today  roads are terrible here schools are closed DH took him 4-ever to get a car up our drive we live down a steep drive and we usually park all cars at the top of drive by the street why we did not I have no idea sigh.... I have to try to get my mini van up later at least I do not work but I do have to go out later to run errands. Kittens met the xmas tree on Sat night this is my litter I fed they are 10 weeks old and yes it still up   they are really not even bothering it  my 6 week olds are not allowed around it yet. Do Lou is doing well this morning breffis one has been eaten and numbers are finally coming back down after using tresaderm one time jeez need to stay away from that I can see. All P's in place well off to get a cup of coffee and back to catch up with some condos ;-)

Re: 12/13Do Lou amps 192+2 190

Hi Lisa, Sounds like driving will be a challenge today: drive carefully if you are able even to get your car up the driveway!! The snow is really coming down here too (on top of the rain).
Nice numbers for Do Lou this morning. Did the Tresaderm work for his ear thing? Those kitties will "discover" the tree soon, I suspect.
Hope you have a good day and that the storm will subside.

We expect photos of kittens as ornaments!

It looks like Do Lou may have been surfing in the blues all night. It's a very becoming color!!

Yes well the tresaderm or the zymox or both I only used tresaderm one time and zymox which has no steroids 2x and he is holding them normal right ear was being held bent hard to explain but its how he holds it when its bothering him. I am going to try to stick to using the zymox from now on unless I just feel like tresaderm is my one and only option to help his ears. Guess I was hoping it would not hurt his numbers wrong on that count

Re: 12/13Do Lou amps 192+2 190

Lisa...nice blue morning for Do Lou. DH is from Lexington and I've seen those mighty cold days in KY. Hard to believe. I hope you are staying inside!!! Great that the kittens are leaving the tree alone. Three more weeks and they should be headed to their new homes...what an amazing job you did with that litter.

Hope DL continues to surf nice numbers for you today. Stay warm.

Nice Bloo! :) Oh how I wish we could have a nice big tree in our house. Send snow to Texas please!!! Be safe, and stay dry!

Re: 12/13Do Lou amps 192+2 190

After watching the video, I'm surprised your tree is still up. What cuties!

I hope you can postpone errands until the weather's better. Please stay safe! I'm glad to see Do Lou's numbers come down too.

Re: 12/13Do Lou amps 192+2 190pmps 239 IAA??

I take my kittens in later this week or first of next for shots and vet check and well was kinda thinking whether I should have Do Lou tested for this or not opinions from those who know more about it?? its just something that has always sat in the back of my head sorta I am not 100% sure what test to tell them to ask for anyway if I do this it would help if I still was working the lab oh well.....

I know nothing about it, but it's always good to have it checked--Maybe ask dose helpers or someone who has an IAA cat!
Hope it's just you havent found his right does yet!
GORGEOUS Kittens!!

it certainly wouldn't hurt to have the IAA test done. it's relatively inexpensive ($15).

Link to have blood sent for IAA testing: http://www.animalhealth.msu.edu/Bin/Catalog.exe?Action=Test&Id=1494
A result > 20% is considered positive for IAA.

Ok thank you Jill should I just go ahead with the acro test at the same time since blood would be drawn do you think? even though he is not real high dose at this point I do wonder sometimes about him with his snoring and heart condition and high blood pressure and eyesight issues but I know they could just be related to other things as well.. I will go ahead and take him in when I take the litter he will not be happy he is such a terrible car traveler

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vw56_v90IwM just watched this again these 2 kittens are the 2 Mothers of my current litters right now and I can still remember coming upstairs after cleaning downstairs and yes I had already cleaned the floor and saw them with the sugar bowl knocked on the floor they were having so much fun never a dull moment with abys around just sharing......

OMG... The kittens are sooo cute!!! But I doubt your tree will stay up for long... I tie mine...
