Morning LL!! :mrgreen: --Yikes Moonie was 104 this am :o :o :o --I shot it anyway!
Gave her a drop extra last night as I was sick of her totally blue numbers--Guess she showed me today :lol: :lol: --I will test her at +2 & see where she is going....

I am feeling fine today--My cousin is worried about me staying home so much-thinks I should be out more, and with other people--Little does she realize that I have an FD cat!!!!!!!! Yes you all understand, but those outsiders :shock: , well, it is what it is!! Moonie is my favorite company..Dont need much more, plus I work out of the house...Others dont understand us--Oh well :roll: :roll: :roll:

I totally understand about wanting to stay home. I would much rather be home in sweats, cuddled under a blanket with my fur babies. That is heaven to me. Hugs to you Roni! So glad you are feeling ok today.

Hi Roni, so glad you're feeling fine today. I hate "procedures"!! Our friends are understanding of our FD situation (although they all thought we were crazy to deliberately adopt another diabetic cat! But they've gotten over that now that Rusty has wormed his way into their hearts.) Have a great day today with Moonie. She'll be fine, and if she goes low, there are the Temptations!!!

ah yeah on the friends that think I shoukld be out more... shesssh! I think I do pretty good, considering the restrictions of a 12/12 shot schedule. We still get out though, don't we? Have a good one today Roni- glad that all went well yesterdayr.

Just fed her 3 tsp elegant medleys mc & 8 temptations--She really starts to drop at +3-so I am ready--
Just cleaned out the feeding syringe in case she needs karo, and she is back out here now...
I'd prefer to keep her up with food, but we'll see :shock: :shock: :shock: :shock:
Stay tuned for the next episode of Moonie comes back to good numbers :lol: :lol: :lol:

I have a question ....why DO others think they have the "right" to offer opinions on how WE spend our time?
Just wondering, that's all.

I am happy for your friends and mine who are soooo together and have everything so organized and perfect in their own lives that they have time to analyze and criticize ours. Must be wonderful to be perfectly perfect!! .LOL....

YEA YEA YEA!! Used FF elegant medleys chicken tuscany- 3 watered down tsp(it's very thick) plus 8 tiny temptations to bring her up!! This is what works for Moonie. I am glad to see her up, and hope she stays there, as Moonie can dip again if I dont watch her...
I do free feeding, as this was what all of us did here in lantus land when I came.
It works for us & I know Moonie will eat when she feels herself drop, BUt Of course, sometimes, she needs help!--I do use the timed feeder when I am out for a longer amount of time(she thinks that food tastes better :lol: & eats it all up! I also use MC & HC & temptations also work for her & she doesnt bounce too much from them. The only higher carb food Moonie will eat is the elegant medleys chicken tuscany!-hates anything else! Believe me I have tried!!
This is what has worked for us, that's why ECID-- This may not work for all cats-But works for mine.

She is very sleepy probably from eating so much :lol: :lol: :lol:
