WCR: another big drop last night, another pink morning. I so wished she would learn to get her late night numbers under control and her morning numbers in better range. We fed her at +4.5 last night even though technically we are front loading and she didn't need to eat but she had dropped another 60 points in an hour and a half. Should we not have? Should we have just let her continue to drop without food on board? I know when she drops quite fast at night our first reaction is to feed her to keep her from dropping but maybe we are doing that wrong?

Morning! With drops like that I would have fed Mocha too, and we do front load. I'm more often than not trying to stop big drops so I don't get big bounces after. I think you did the right thing.

Sorry for the pink this morning, and I hope Mocha comes down soon. have a great day guys!

Seems like Mocha needs micro-doses of carbs (never mind insulin..)
Come on down, nicely, today please, Mocha - and have a good day you guys...!

Hi, Devon :-D
I do not know what you have been doing each cycle because we are not around everyday :YMSIGH:
But, I remember you & Peter giving MC & HC often with Mocha, have you started or atleast tried to just let her eat LC & not give MC so soon? Again.. not sure what you are doing lately, but I found that even with big drops & my lil Drama Momma Baby.. I kept her surfing with LC & rarely gave MC because I did not want a bounce while still in Liver Training School... just a thought since you asked
