Decreased dose to 5.25 units last night. He’s still under the influence of the old depot of 5.5 units but I’m wondering if I should have gone to 5 units instead? He had a big drop this morning @+3 but he was clearing a bounce from last night. Those big drops always cause a huge bounce for Max.

If it is post SRT action, I would definitely have taken the full 0.5 unit reduction - says she who got bit by the 20's with just a 0.25 unit reduction in such circumstances. So much easier to go up in dose.

I decided to drop it down to 5 units because I’m not sure if this is SRT action or not. I know the bounce is coming so this very well may bite me, but I should play it safe. If it doesn’t hold I won’t keep him there long because he gets glucose toxicity quickly. Hoping it will hold.
