Hi Bhooma! In my world, which is very unscientific, the .10F was .20, then .18 on the calipers.
the .10 is .16 on the calipers. Then I reduced to .15
Now, I am .10s which is .13 on the calipers.
It’s such a minute change each time but it seems to make a difference. I was going to ask for dosage help in the morning. What do you think. I’m not getting much sleep tonight. Ha.

That's actually scientific enough!

He's a long term diabetic now, so reductions are earned when he drops below 40.
 
Which syringes are you using and what does 0.10U work out to in mm on the callipers?

Just to confirm I got it right,
0.1F is 0.2mm
0.1 is 0.16mm
and 0.1S is 0.13mm?
