Was looking for some lower numbers this morning, but found the open bag of EVO wt. management (13% carbs) that they all got into last night. It was waiting by the back door so I can take it back to the store today. Grrrr.....
You'll all be happy that I am able to feed many small meals right before bed and Duncan isn't interested in the dry until morning. So, I bet we are 95% wet now. I am continuing to work on it, and adapt, and think of creative ways to get this to 100%. I think if I do the many small meals and fill him up I can get up about 5am-ish and feed them all their separate things and then Duncan will be 100% wet. (That was my plan last night but no one woke me up because they were all having a free feed frenzy with the opened EVO!) I do have EVO Turkey and something now which is 7% carbs. (Could not figure out why his numbers were still really high on EVO and learned that the weight management one is 13% carbs! Luckily Chuck and Don's does have a great return policy = over half a bag and before 45 days you can return it for a refund!)
Looking forward to seeing what Duncan's numbers will be when the contraband food clears the system. (Increased dose from 1f to 1ff = about 1.16 or so. Not quite 1.25.)
In other news the vet techs at our vet do house sitting for higher-needs pets, so I think we have our vacation in February figured out! And a friend of mine actually might stay here so, if anything happened she would be here, and the cats would be used to her. So far so good on figuring that out. I will probably have some fixing to do when I get back but nothing too bad.
