Wishing Cosmo would break through his high 300’s, low 400’s. Today is cycle 7 of 3.0 units. Time for an hour early increase again? 3.25?

Hopefully coming down a bit today? He was pretty active and walking around room to room (not bad for an arthritic old man) asking for a boost into the bed I know it may not sound like much, but when he does this, we usually have a great day
