He really likes to bounce right back up doesn't he? He has a Cheshire cat grin vs. a gentle smile going on! I wonder if a small LC snack at +9 would help bring down the PS numbers?

I will try anything - been bouncing for 3 yrs. but not consistent.

Numbers can bobble around during a bounce. He’s still reacting to those lower numbers a couple days ago.
I would try to not feed after nadir. At that point the insulin action is waning and any carbs could put further brakes on it, resulting in loss of duration and higher numbers at preshot. The late cycle snack trick is only a suggestion for kitties in the home stretch to remission and on fairly tiny doses. Andy isn’t there yet. In a cat with a mostly working, but sputtering pancreas, a small snack can kick start to pancreas.
