Yesterday Neko slid quickly down from the pink heights and cannonballed into the lagoon. After that drop, she spent the evening recovering.

Today is a much nicer start and gentler slope. She is so much happier in these numbers and when the blood sugar isn't changing so quickly. Today the forecast says "drizzle" and so it is. Neko did go out for a quick patrol and got slightly damp, but only a few needles on the fur for me to clean up. It's nap time now, and she is sleeping on a chair with her head resting on a catnip pillow.
I read another condo about starting Christmas cards - I guess it's time to think about that. Earlier today I filled out a form to have our lieutenant governor (provincial representative of the Queen, a mostly ceremonial post) send 90th birthday greetings to my father next year. I think he'll get a kick out of that.
