Good morning LL. DH here. Sending healing thoughts and prayers to all in need. Come on Garland, keep eating.

A better start for Gracie this morning. At least not the P-word. She came down nicely to mid yellow early in the cycle last night, but then levelled off and apparently surfed there the rest of the night. I woke up before the alarm went off this morning with the feeling I was being watched. Sure enough Tobey and Gus were sitting there beside me, not making a sound, just staring at me. Tobey was saying "should we kill him?", but luckily Gus said "No, he's the only one that knows how to open cans. You can kill him later."

The morning routine went off with no issues, everyone ate well, and they all went BTB. I think they have gotten used to Marje doing that lately. They are all looking at me like "thanks for breakfast, now be quiet, we're trying to sleep."
Marje and her sisters got her Moms stuff moved into her new asstd living apartment yesterday, and her Mom comes home from the hospital/rehab today. Marje says the new apartment is very nice and the staff is great. The asstd living apt is in the same facility where she has been living, it is both straight retirement living to asstd living. Hopefully her Mom will be happy. She is hard to please sometimes, and I'm sure every little chip away from independance is frightening. Marje is coming home tomorrow. :-D :-D

Hoping Gracie decides to keep coming down and have a good cycle today, and I hope you all have a great day.

Saved by opposable thumbs! :lol: :lol: :lol: Do you think Tobey could have been saying "should we wake him?" and Gus said "Yes, he's the only one who knows how to open cans. He can sleep later."? Glad to hear things are going well with DM. Anne's aunt just made the same move and it is working out beautifully for her. Hoping for extra seats tomorrow! :lol: :lol:

Good Morning Mike! Sounds like a good caterday report...of course back to bed is always something for the kitties (and us) to look forward to, and there you are, making noise and interrupting that!

I hope Marjorie's mom makes a smooth transaction to her new home. Prayers will be sent.

I'm sorry. I just don't believe that your kitties were plotting your early demise. They may have been plotting how to get extra food, more treats, etc. but I just don't think they have an evil bone in their little bodies!

Well, she isn't going up. So hopefully a good sign. Gus may have been deciding whether to wake me up or not, but Tobes definitely looked like he was trying to decide which part of me he was going to eat first :lol:

I have to admit that I agree with Sienne on this one, Mike. No evil bones in those sweet babies. I so usually agree with Sienne on most things. :lol: :lol:

Sure hope Gracie comes down to a nice surf for you. The kitties realize "you don't bit the hand that feeds you". Hopefully you had a restful day and all continue to do well.

Thank you for letting us know that Marje and her sisters accomplished all they wanted to. I'm sure all of you will be glad when she is home. Sending settlement wishes for her Mom in her new digs. Sometimes it's difficult for older people to adjust to change.

DH here - Good evening everyone. Glad to see Garland is improving, and sending prayers for Tom.

So..... still high and flat. I guess she is still in her bounce. Tonight starts the fifth cycle in it. I'm thinking if she doesn't make a move tonight I'll take her dose up in the morning or tomorrow night when Marje gets home. Any thoughts are mucho appreciado.

Sienne reminded us last night of the 72 hours bounce period, so this morning mid cycle was the 72 hour end and Zener dropped to good numbers. You may want to wait the full 6 cycles and see what happens. We hate waiting! :lol:

Mike, thanks for the update on Marje and her DM. I hope the move goes well and she adjusts quickly to the new place.

Gracie has a pretty flat run today. I am not the person to ask about increasing dose since I am such a scaredy cat about increasing, but it looks like you may want to just fatten up a little to see what happens. I think I am going to have to do the same with Simon. Have a good evening and you probably won't need to set your alarm since you will probably have all the eyes staring at you again tomorrow morning! Hard to sleep with all that going on.

sorry to be so late in posting....

i love the Gus and Tobey story this AM. that was to funny... I suspect that they were after fuds! or you were making very funny noises while you slept. :lol: :lol:

Hard to day on the dose change. I know Mannie used to clear them in a day - that is no longer true with him. it no is a good three days before he settle down,It could be the same for Gracie - that there are days when she will not clear them right away. I am sure you will make the decision that works for all of you.
