Yesterday Jetta 11/30
Happy Fursday everyone!

Stinkus Pinkus for Jetta this morning and the Inattentive Bean award for me ohmygod_smile I woke up last night at +5 and thought, I need to check Jetta! Then I don't know anything until about +8 at which point I said well, she's alive so that's a good sign and went back to sleep. Bad Bean Bad Bean, BUT can I tell you how nice it feels to get 9 hours of sleep??!?!? ;-)

I got marching orders to fly back to NY again next week (yuck). HOWEVER, I have the amazing good furtune that I will be able to attend a presentation while I'm there by Dr David Twedt of Colorado State University on the topic of Feline Pancreatitis and Hepatic Disease. WOOT! I'm going to hang on every word and hopefully get a a copy of the meeting notes to share. I know those topics are of much interest to many of us here. I'm especially interested since Chronic Pancreatis is what landed Jetta in FD Land.

Sending comforting thoughts and warm hugs to all kitties and beans who need them today.

Okie dokie, Miss Jetta...enough with the pink!

9 hours of sleep...Jetta just did her thing 'cause she knew you needed the rest!

The presentation you have to attend sounds really, really cool. I'm looking forward to hearing the details!!

Re: 12/1 Jetta AMPS 336

A peek at pink, then a yellow slide to blue. How about it Jetta?

Sometimes the body simply requires replenishment and no good intention will rouse you. I hope you are now fully replenished!

Too bad you have to go, but it sounds like a very interesting meeting.

Way cool on getting to hear David Twedt! Jetta, that was nice to let your bean sleep last night but how about some action today? This bounce, too, shall pass. Not soon enough, but it will. Have a great day, Jac!

Well, Linda, Amy, and Liz, Jetta read her condo. You asked her to leave pink and have some action and she obliged in her standard diving fashion!!!

Re: 12/1 Jetta AMPS 336 +2 85

Yep, I guess you got your wish, all right!! Now Jetta wants your undivided attention. No btb this morning.

Very nice that you will be able to attend that lecture on Pancreatitis. Take good notes!

Have a fine day,

Ella & Rusty

Ah, all is right in LL now - the Olympic champion diver Jetta is back on the platform executing a triple somersault dive @+2!

Re: 12/1 Jetta AMPS PMPS 273

  How True Anne! Too funny.

Well, I was hoping she'd stay lower, but yellow isn't too bad. Hopefully she comes back down gently.

And I think I need to go clothes shopping for Jetta. She has a few awful spots on her skin that she just won't leave alone. I think they'd heal if she'd just quit pestering them. I probably need baby onesies because she has 2 spots on her belly and 2 on her scruff and that's all I can think of to cover both areas. Should be a fun experiment anyway :? nailbite_smile

Very interesting on the CP lecture, definitely tell us how it went!

Wow on the diving kitty award today  I know once I set an alarm to test Leo at 3:30 am and let me tell you he was NOT happy to be woken up at that hour  so good thing you didn't test Jetta.

PS when Leo had his huge belly wound I went to walmart and found some undershirts (aka wife-beaters) for Leo to wear. He wears a boys size 4, but I'm sure Jetta would wear a much smaller size. They were great shirts for Leo, kept him from licking his belly and they were quite long as well. I'll see if I can dig up some pictures that I took of Leo wearing his shirt. They came in a pack of 3 for 7 bucks.

Oh, there will be pictures!!!

Thanks Tracy (and Leo) that's very helpful information!!!! At least I have a starting reference size-wise. I'll definitely try those shirts too. Leo was awfully cute in them!
