Our Cookie, civve of Tiny, who is overweight but does not have diabetes, has had vomiting/diarrhea and lack of appetite since May. All bloodwork and the ultrasound was inconclusive for pancreatitis. She's been on Metronidazole and Cerenia and I put her on Florastore for months and has improved appetite and better stools, but after her ultrasound developed a skin condition - see photo on her belly.
Anyone ever see this before? It's kind of oozey...?
