I just did pm dose and when I took the needle out when I pressed on the plunger there was a drop of blood … I think I might have forgot to pull back as well … I’m freaking out !!!! Is this normal ? Does this mean I hit sumthing ?? HELP

Pull back? It's okay to see a little blood. You might have hit a capillary on your way in/out. Nothing to worry about.
