Good morning,
Here is Blue yesterday:

Am going to check with vet re: a possible infection associated with the callus on his leg, which was bleeding again the other day. Maybe some antibiotics are in order.

Hi Jody. I'm sorry to hear about Blue's leg. I have been thinking about you and wondering how Blue (and Eddie, of course) are doing.

That callus on Blue's heel (or is it his knee?) is such a challenge. If I were to post photos of the blood all over the place, you'd think a serial killer had been in the kitchen. Really, it's quite disturbing. Anyway, I've got it wrapped again (and he seems to find comfort in that) and used Manuka honey (dynamite as an antibiotic) and vet wrap. I would prefer though that we find a way so this doesn't happen to him (or me!! the last time it was during my PM +8 test and I looked to see splashes of blood everywhere). Hard to wrap a cat's leg at anytime, never mind 4:00am!
