I stayed up too late last night and told myself I have to force myself to get up and stay up this morning..dang the jet lag!
And, then I overslept the alarm and his AMPS was at +12.75 :-|

J.D. ate really well yesterday during the day, but wasn't eating as well at night time, so I did finally mix a little MC with LC and he ate some of that at +4.5 and a little more at +6. I was hoping feeding him at +6 would give his tummy something so he would get acid tummy in the morning, but he did have some dry heaves this morning and I gave him some Pepcid.
J.D. slept with me all night long and the litter box had not been touched when I woke up. He has peed and pooed since.

He ate his 1st Breffis while standing outside in the cold with me putting his bowl on the threshold of the open sliding glass door. Ginger ate her 1st Breffis too. J.D. ate a little more at about +1.25 and is now curled up in the heated doggy bed with Ginger. That's the first time I have seen them cuddling like that since we left for California.

I wish he would have lower bounces. I was going to try not to give him R today and see how he does, but with the HI this morning, I just had to. I will not give him R when I start back to work (No, not work!), tomorrow.

His coat is all soft and shiny and soft, since he got that bath the other day. I was thinking of giving him a bath before we left since it has been years since he had one and his coat was slightly oily on top.

Come on down JD. Sorry about the bounces. They are frustrating and JD's liver overreacts a little. Back to work tomorrow? Already? It doesn't seem possible. Have a great last day off Dyana!

I hope J.D. slows down a little and doesn't bounce back up. I hope you get over your jet lag soon. It's not fun having to go back to work after being off for a while.

Some Christmas decorating took place today. This is an early start for me.

J.D. ate some of his Friskies Special Diet Turkey & Giblets (I'm glad he likes it) and drank up the Miralax and water that I floated it in. He was eating the cat grass that I grew for Ginger for vacation when I got home at PMPS, and then threw up.
Now that he's done with that, I'll give him his Azodyl. He is washing his face which seems to mean that he liked his meal.

I'm off to go do some more shopping..

Hi Dyana,

Hoping J.D.(Mr. Shiny Coat) clears this second bounce quickly.
It is so hard to go back to work after more than a weekend off :?

Oh please quit bouncing JD. Your sweet mamabean deserves some peace of mind.
I sure hope he levels out for you soon Dyana. Is the R supposed to stop them from going low? Or is it to flatten them out? I can't grasp the R concept yet. But I wish it would darn well do its thing already.

Sounds like you had a busy day! Yay to you for getting some decorating done so early! And thank you for being there for me again today :-D
 
Hi Dyana, sorry to see that J.D. is bouncing. But those were really pretty greens earlier today! AND...he really likes his Turkey & Giblets! AND he was cuddling with Ginger...with a soft, clean, furry coat! :-D I'm looking on the bright side of life...<insert whistles from Monty Python!>

I hope J.D. starts to even out some on his bounces. Sending good, even BG vines for J.D. and lots of resting vines for you. Congrats on the early start of Christmas decorations...none here...Shasta eats everything! :roll:
