I've given her a full can of FF, and 10 chicken bites. So far, she's only gone to the fridge once, minus a meow. Her nose is wet and cold, which is a good sign. I'm going to give the food a bit to wear off, and see what she's like at +3. I'm pretty sure that she spiked, although I probably should have tested her.

I'm not liking the idea of closing her off in a room with food. She's, again, attacked me this morning for no reason as I was preparing everyone's food. 3 mornings in a row now. If she's locked up in a room for 12 hours, chances are she may turn more aggressive. Basically, I have no options other than what's presented to me. We'll all have to deal with it.

Oh, I'm sure that I'll be getting a talking to from Blackie. LOL I can only hope that the traffic will be somewhat cooperative and let me get home in time.

Testing (the experiment with Blackie not eating for 12 hours, I mean) is off. Agency got off the phone with the client, and the client has decided to fill the position internally.

+4.5 124 - no food
+6 128 - 3 chicken bites

Feeding, testing and shooting (not in that order) resumes as normal until I get another job opportunity.

I am sure that if Blackie knew what you were planning, she'd be happy with this news. Not food test today. Eating will go on as usual. Hope for something soon...and better for you Angela! :YMHUG:

Thanks, Pat. *HUGS* You know... I'm relieved in a way because the job WAS a bit far to drive to, and I'm very concerned about getting home past 6:00 p.m. to test, shoot and feed. I was afraid of being stuck in traffic, and watching the clock tick by.

I'm disappointed, and yet relieved at the same time. For now, though, I'll continue looking, and calling up the agencies, and doing what I do best... Stitch, and take care of everyone. :)

PMPS 182 - 3.75u, fed 7/8 can FF, no chicken bites (back to normal now due to no job)
+1 178 - no food
+3 127 - 1 chicken bite
+4.5 - 1/8 can FF, 2 chicken bites

I can only hope that she'll go back down to the greens soon. I now regret doing that little experiment.
