Previously

Insulin this morning was
1.5 Lantus at test time
0.25 R 30 min after testing & eating
1.0 ProZinc also 30 min after testing & eating

at +3, he's down 140 points

He seems very tired and moving around seems like such an effort. He has very little muscle on him at this time, and almost no fat. I'm wondering if I should let him go, since I'm unable to get him under control ...

His numbers are getting a little better though...

I'm sorry your'e so worried about Spitzer. But he does seem to be getting a little better numbers.
You know we have to just take one day at a time.
When he starts getting more regulated he should regain some of the weight hes lost.
