11/2 Karamelle AMPS 58 +2 56 +4 48 +6 84 +10 208 PMPS 266 +2 400! | Feline Diabetes Message Board - FDMB
Back for my new Caturday weekly post. 1.75 minus one drop was apparently too high. She dropped on 11/4 amps. So weve been at the in between dose of 1.63, or as best I can eyeball that, for the past 5 days. Shes had some bouts with not wanting to eat but only had to syringe feed on 11/5 & 6 and only 3 times. Shes held her own the rest of the time. Shes still on Ondansetron 2x and Mirataz 1x for her Pancreatitis, daily.
Her numbers havnt been too bad this week.

Ha, I guess this dose is finally doing something, a little too much of something. Hopefully it will level out. She feels so good when its lower. I hate to see it go up again.

I did try it a couple of times and it didnt seem to make a difference. She does seem to lose her appetite as the day progresses. I had to syringe feed after the pm +2 test. She wouldnt eat. I give her the 2nd Ondansetron at PMPS and she ate ok tonight at that time, but not a full meal. But it should have kicked in for 2 hours later, but it doesnt seem to. I wonder if splitting the Mirataz dose to 2x a day might work.
