Yesterday was...... BLUE DAY in MannieLand. Rumor has it that the Blue Mannie Group was performing live at a newly designed and in the works construction of a kitty treehouse, somewhere deep in the PNW. Way to go guys! What a great day for Mannie. We had been yellow the day before, only to have him turn it around into a great blue day: a nice steady blue surf, with the predictable food spikes at +2. We hope for a great day today - lots of Blue for the Blue Mannie Group. Lubs ya big guy! cat_pet_icon

All is well in MannieLand. I LOVE a kitty that listens. The night before yesterday I reminded Mannie several times that yesterday was a DGS day, and that it would be really nice if he could find a nice low to mid blue surf, one with healthy numbers but not too low to keep him home bound with DGS, and THE VOICE and THE SPEED RACER. His eyes got really big on the voice and speed racer part. :shock: :lol: :lol: I swear that these talks work... what I asked for was esactly what I got. ;-) A little high in spots, but a nice even safe healthy blue cycle. Mannie got the house to himself, with Elsa, and Nicholas and I got to hit the road on a few adventures, knowing Mannie was safe. Mannie - you are amazing... Nicholas was very kind and soft spoken with Mannie yesterday, seeming to ave left the 2 yr old normalcies at home. He now greets Mannie with a "HI Mannie!". gives him a pet and a nanner or two. It is really very cute. ;-) ;-) This morning we had a great test, feed and shoot and clean plate club , purrs and a lots of cuddles. Normalcy in MannieLand.

Have a great day everyone. I am back on DGS duty today through Friday. It will be a swim day for Nicholas, and then hopefully we can find a nice outdoor spot. He still loves the rivers, so I hope to be able to get to one. I will try and get to condos when I can, but probably not until late in the evening. There is just no time when he is here.. I will miss you guys - and your furkids. Think blue think green kitties!

Hey everybody! WOWWWWW!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Our treehouse is looking really good! I LUBS IT - we worked so hard yesterday that I think we need a day off, to chiillax. We uhhhh.... need a day to figure out how to get a grill and a fire out up there. The sauna fit well huh! Ok.... so maybe we can go sun on a beach somewhere, or maybe hangout at Rusty's, or hey - maybe Tess's greenhouse. What do you guys think? I am so ready for anything!! ~ ~Mannie

Morning Helen Yuupp - was darn funny but also so cool that he did what I asked. HAHA: more along the liens of that was what would have happened even if I hadn't asked. who knows? :lol: :lol: I too hope he heads back to the blues today, once he's done with his resting day. :lol: Paws crossed!

Morning Melissa Yupp - yesterday was great! and so I think he is thinking: "I did well yesterday, so today I can have a day off" At least it is yellow day off. I thought so too on the "hi Mannie" it is just so cool when these little kids start to really talk, make sentences, and he so wnated to greet Mannie. he was so glad that the kid was "Mellon" yesterday. :lol: :lol:

Hi Michelle, Here's hoping for another nice, BLUE day for the Mannster. It's great the THE VOICE is getting modulated. Now to work on the SPEED RACER. Mannie will be so happy when his little buddy calms down when they are together.

Morning Michelle and oh wow on the coffee drinks this morning. Yum with those Frango chochoclate shavings. You have really outdone yourself today! What nice blues yesterday and so funny on the talk with Mannie. Just mention "the voice" and "the runner" and Mannie gives safe numbers for an adventure. :lol: Have great adventure today. I saw some of the DGS pics on B yesterday, so cute and what memories for family. Have a great adventure. Great pics of yesterday's adventure.

Mannie, oh boy that Treehouse was fun. We have to do it again and I think a mini sauna can fit up there! We have rains today at our beach. I wonder if Tess has rain, too! What about Fla? We could crash in on Shadow & Raja's beach. I'll see ya at the curb, Mags

Mannie, rain here too. But the bean was moving plants into the greenhouse yesterday, so we can pretend we are in the jungle. It's always nice and warm in there. maybe TC will come over to visit. The bean said he like to go there when the weather is cold! -- TESS

252 @ PMPS. well... still yellow. Mannie - what happened to the blues?

Nicholas and I had a great day on the river - it was COLD, at about 35 with the wind chill, but he didn't seem to mind to much. We threw a ton of rocks into the river,. shuffled through thousands of fallen leaves on the trail, did our best to stay warm. I'm going to need a dozen pairs of mittens - impossible to keep those things dry. :lol: :lol: We must have walked/hiked about 2 miles. Nicholas did it all on his own too. wow, impressive! The weather was OK, we just didn't get the sun there that was predicted. I'm just glad that it didn't rain. :razz: I will post some photos in Mannie's condo tomorrow.

Hi Ella - I had hoped for a blue day too, seems he was determined to repeat that yellow day from Tuesday.... well, there is always tonight. Oh yes on the VOICE and the SPEED racer. he is much better, and really does understand that Mannie isn't a big fan of the loud. :lol: :lol: Sometimes he is successful with that, sometimes not. ;-) Not doubt he will get there... nad yes - it was cold at picnic point - not as cold as it looks, but still cool. about 45 i think, and with the wind - a little chilly.

Hi Barb - well... we got ONE blue. better than none yes? :lol: :lol: And yes- DGS time was really fun. He's talking more, sharing thoughts, so it is just plan fun. we went to river, always a plus with him! And you are welcome. i was dead dog tired, but wnated to say HI you, and a few others I feel bad that so many visit Mannie and I just can't return the favor as much as I'd like, and keep on top of what our LL kitties are doing. I miss you guys!

Hi Carla - it was... he seems to have a knack for it. or maybe it's just wishful thinking on my part. I love your comment that he can't do that everyday just cuz he's a cat, SO TRUE! And so I thought on tonight, but alas, his +2 was 300.... darn it!

I do so hate those reverse rainbows. Mannie had a very nice long stretch of blues before hand though. Mannie, you can stop at the pinks, don't need to come any higher looking for Neko. Looks like folks in the PNW are getting to sleep early tonight!

A two mile hike with Nicholas? That's fantastic. He's really getting a workout with his grandma. He must sleep well at home after a day of swimming and hiking.

HI Wendy - missed your post... sorry! i now... me too on the reverse rainbows. :roll: and yes, he did with the blues. I know he'll get back there - it takes him time after a run-in with the red color, like the one a few days ago. LOL on his looking for Neko - he probably will... he lies to visit his friends. :lol: :lol: -- And yes on nicholas - he did all that, not too bad for a kid not even two. He seems to really enjoy it. I never have to over-encourage or bag or pull or anything. he just goes. Sometimes he does get tired, I end up carrying for some. and a big yes on the sleep - especially after a swim day. Those really do wear him out. kid loves the pool - he will play for 1.5-2 hours without stopping, until I drag him out... :shock: :lol: :lol: !

LL - NI NI!! Off to bed for me...
