Good Morning Everyone ~O)
As you can see above and in her ss Bug has decided today is a pink day. I am trying to be a bit more exact with the amt of food I give her since she is eating so little that way I can tell the vet and get it accurate here too. I asked yesterday and I guess no one saw the question so will ask again today... Does anyone know how I can get her to eat more than half or less of what is offered? I have tried offering her favorite treat mixed with the food (wellness core, fancy feast classic and Natures variety instinct) watering it down and making a slurry since she seems to mostly eat the juices with the meal, I have even given it to her on my fingers and offering it in a spoon for her. She still seems to be losing ground in the wt dept.
According to the scale this am I offered her 1.5oz food (FF Classic Turkey and Giblets) and she ate 0.7oz. since her sugar has been up since 4am(+8) I gave the 1 unit of insulin.

Hi guys .. oh sandy, pink is not your color! Please come down ... As far as getting her to eat more I think some people on here use something called Fortiflora? You might want to put the question right in your headline so you get more eyes on it .. have a great day guys!

We have never stopped by to welcome you so...WELCOME!! Wish I had some great advice, but my kitties are grazers and never clean their plate at mealtime. The FortiFlora works for a lot of people. Chicken dust is another thing I have heard people use. Pretty much anything that Sandy really like, crushed up and put on top of her food.

What is FortiFlora? I tried offering her popcorn today and she only sniffed at it, so am guessing thats out. Will try some more cream cheese later.

Good morning once again! Sandy has fallen into the blue this am, and she was willing to eat most of her offered food before walking away. She is back into one of her favorite cabinets. I didnt get up during the night as I figured she and I needed a break from q3 hr testing for a bit. She does come out of the bathroom occasionally wanders around a bit then goes back. AM gonna continue offering food at each bg check or there about to attempt to increase her food intake as well as use some of the suggestions from yesterday.
