I need to leave Kahlua for awhile today. I'm planning to get a +2 and maybe even a +4 and then go. I'll be gone for about 4 hours..maybe 5. Can I do that safely? I can leave food for her. I could also leave after her +2, but her nadir is generally around +4 or +5.

Yes. You should be able to leave after +4. If she is still dropping sharply at 4, you can always feed a little MC then.
