Good morning! Back to pink this am. She had a low of 41 yesterday, so I think this is a bounce from that. Im off today! :smile: Im taking an extra day off this week to make up for a missed day off a couple weeks ago. I think I have almost 100 hours of PTO to use, if I can ever manage to use them. Thankfully I can carry them over to next year cuz there aint no way I will use them this year. My job is just too crazy busy to take more than a few days off a week here and there. Hopefully Chi Chi will slide down today and not drop like a rock on me. She likes to drop hard at +3 from these pinks to blue. Have to run out today for some supplies, test strips, lancets among others. My mom isnt feeling well since yesterday, dont know whats wrong, and she was in bed when I got home yesterday at 7pm and didnt see her get up all night. She just said she wasnt feeling well yest afternoon when I spoke to her from work.

Sorry to hear your mom isn't feeling well, sending healing vines to her!

Chi Chi is sooooooooooooooooooooo close to the yellow floor with that AMPS, if you account for meter variance she is there!!

I just looked at my PTO yesterday and have 148 hours....thank goodness for carryover because there is no way I would be able to use all of that by the end of the year, so I know how you feel. My work is crazy too, which makes it difficult to take time off.

Skooter has also been fond of the let me drop it like its hot and cliff dive at +3, even when there is no change at +2...oh how these cats like to try us....

Thanks for the visit Molly, Georgette and Elise! Mom feels about the same, she says she just feels very tired, not really sick. She has CHF(congestive heart failure) and gets out of breath easily, more so the last year or so. Dont know if this is all related or not, but probably is. She just wanted to sleep on and off all day today. Im glad I was off, so I could take care of the clan and give her a rest. I really didnt test much today after I saw the +2 I knew she wasnt gonna dive, so I gave her a rest too. This is the effects from going to 41 yesterday and then bouncing. I hope she gives mom an easier day tomorrow than yesterday. I shall get a +3 tonight and go from there. Have a great evening all.
