What should I give him tonight? My first thought was just .25 since its night just to be safe

Hes about to eat.

Lots of notes.
Hes fighting a infection from something, teeth fine all blood work pretty much fine, no ketones.
he came home from the dr today, stayed 3 nights, numbers have been slowly falling since he finally pooped after being consitpated

When you stall, you shouldn't feed so that when you re-test in 20-30 minutes, you know if the number is going up without the influence of food.

Have you fed him yet? Have you re-tested yet?

I went ahead and did .25. he was at 67 at his +2 test. He chowed down and ate a ts. Of regular dry iams, about 1/4 cup Dr Elsey's and a few bites of pate Sheba after his +2 test. I'll retest shortly. He acts totally fine but we are keeping a close eye on him.
