Happy Caturday, all!!

and happy, happy one year OTJ to Anne & Muffin!

We got snow... :shock: :sad:
and I see by Tessie's condo that it's only August...what the heck is up with our weather??

The boy and I lingered abed until 8am...and when i saw the snow, I threw on clothes and rushed down to the Unamommer's house...
sure enough, she was just getting ready to shovel snow...hurt neck and all ohmygod_smile
I cut her off at the pass though (well, the garage door) and hopefully saved her some additional pain.
IMHO, there's good work ethic, and then there's just sheer cussedness...I'll leave you to guess which category she falls under :-D

Binks is in a rowdy good mood today...all 5 p's, and
trouncing Torties, wrestling with the bean, and galloping happily about the place :-D
Puts a big grin on his ol' bean's face!

Unfortunately, I see by the tracks in the snow on the patio that the raccoon stopped by last night :?
thought he had moved on...

We have snow too, can you & Binks come shovel once you're done with unamommer? Our necks hurt. ;-)
Your pic looks like Zener, but he likes to commune with skunks, not raccoons. :lol:

We got cool, almost cold here last night. Time to think about heating the place in the AM.

I've been gone for a few short days and Binks decides it's time to return to the falls?!!! How awesome!!! Seems Binks decided he didn't want the extra attention after all...what a wise kitty!!

I had a female cockatoo that used to wait until we went to sleep, then cuddle up with my manx and my boxer...
and can you believe, i can't find ANY of the pictures we got of that funky trio...

the best comic routine they ever had was her playing chase and steal with the boxer's toys...
she'd chase him down, steal a toy out of his grip, then run for dear life.

he LOVED it...and when he'd get the toy back...she'd hide behind something and call him to dinner...
which would INVARIABLY leave the toy unattended.
He never caught on to that trick. :lol:

Heehee love the bird, dog, cat story. How cute they all got along.

She certainly is! Today, in honor of her special day, she got some chicken from my chicken pot pie. Normally she eats the crust...but with her bg so high, I couldn't allow that!
 
well, kids...the boy and i are off to bed

Yay Binks!! :thumbup So good to see them feeling happy and well, isn't it? Nothing like a good case of the zooms to put a smile on a beans face :-D
