Good morning everyone!

Leo’s blue with a few highish greens so far on this dose of 4.0 so we’re going give it another couple of days to see what happens. He’s feeling great so that’s what matters. :cool::D

OT:

It was a busy few days leading up to and including the weekend so I wasn’t around the board much. My DH’s cousin and her DH drove all the way from Toronto to come spend the weekend with us!

Friday, morning started out with insane 90-kilometer wind gusts and power outages everywhere!! I had cooking and baking to do to prepare dinner for Friday night for when they arrived so I was very lucky our power didn’t go out, but the wind was scary non the less! :nailbiting::nailbiting::nailbiting:

We had many small and medium branches come down but no major damage to trees etc…

So many people and businesses in Ontario and Quebec were flooded, tons of trees came down and there was a lot damage and power outages for many hours. :(

Menu:

I made a butternut squash soup with caramelized pears and prosciutto with fresh French baguette and a charcuterie plate. The menu for Saturday night was cheese and Chinese meat fondues.

We had a really fun weekend with tons of good food and wine!

After the cousins left yesterday, my DH and I spent a good 3 to 4 hours picking up branches and the remaining leaves that fell.

Leo got good exercise by following us around and supervising, he’s very good at that! :rolleyes::rolleyes::smuggrin::p
 
I agree with Gill. There is wiggle room for an increase. Get that boy in more greens. :D

Scary storm and so lucky you didn’t lose power with company and that amazing menu to make ! Bet it was good and no wonder they drove to your house!
 
Happy Monday, Sonia and Leo ❤️ Been working diligently in basement family room to be ready for Thanksgiving ....our water leak is still causing us extra work but it will all be good :rolleyes: Scritches to sweet Leon❤️

I told Yoyo to look for Leo at the lagoon. I couldn't understand clearly what Yoyo was trying to tell me but hopefully he finds Leo:)
 
Sonia - I'm so sorry to tell you, my invitation to sample your menu did not arrive!!!
I'm glad you are all safe and had a wonderful time, of course with lovely Leo supervising the cleanup, you must have done a good job:cat:

We had the same weather here of course... and picked up all the broken branches Saturday. You were lucky not to lose power, specially when you have cooking and baking to do!
Leo seems to have fun at the beach lately !! Be careful little boy...... there might be a surprise coming !!

Well that certainly sounds fabulous! YUM!! I hope Leo will get back to the lagoon soon...and the supervision role, seems to suit him...I mean he's a Leo, after all (king of the household, right) :rolleyes:
