My first green! I've done a 102 but there is something different about green!
It's not too bad a stall. DH did the TFS last night and was 25 minutes late with the shot, so I'm so far just stalling so it's going to be the same time as last night.

Shooting those lower numbers certainly is nerve racking, eh? nailbite_smile It's hard to be brave, but you gotta shoot low to stay low in this business. By all means, do what you're comfortable with - the syringe is in your hands. Will you be home to test and monitor?

OK, she came up to 86 and I shot. We are now back on last night's shot time and I'm going to have to try another time to make up the time difference. I do want her shot later for next Tuesday night so no harm done. I will be home today and have all the goodies needed. I was hoping for a BTB but I'll clearly be getting some early tests.

I guess we are good for a bit of BTB! :lol: Either that or one heck of a food spike. She's have her first breffs and her +1 but kangaroo is pretty low carb. Neko did want out after breakfast, but it's pouring rain so she just stared at the outside for a while from under cover, before giving up and coming in.
@Helen - It was a complete ambush - I went to bed with a pink kitty and woke up to a green one!
@Tara - I've always told myself I was OK shooting in the 90's, that 81 was testing my comfort zone.
@Barb - glad I could make you smile, you did the same to me yesterday! And yes, very nailbite_smile
@Michelle - My first green PS after >9 months on Lantus. Yeah! About that +1, she's ignoring the instructions about not bouncing. :sad:
@Denise - Yes, now I can say I've done it, and that she'll probably bounce afterwards.
@Melissa - Yup, been there done that now. Maybe she'll come back to greens later?

The rocket ship trajectory has slowed down a little. Sigh!
@Pip - BOING it is! I have no idea how low she went, but I suspect we'll be in bounce mode a couple of cycles now.

Wow! What a ride today! Neko spent quite a bit of time out this afternoon, but it was raining so I think she mostly hung out in the carport keeping an eye on the birds. But it does seem to have helped bring her down to a more reasonable start.
@Ann - I did have to steel myself to shoot that 86. At least it was rising, a bit and I was pretty sure I could count on Neko's liver's reaction. :lol: I didn't test the later strips twice, Neko does love to imitate a rocketship.
@Carla - I think that knowing that Neko would bounce helped me shoot that green. Bounces gotta be good for something!

Good thing I reduced to 3.25 this morning on the hunch she had gone lower. Methinks some tumor cells are going end of life.
