Good Morning LL! The bean was up all night so DH did the shot this morning :mrgreen: A lot of pokies and 9% gravy for the kittie, yum :lol: I am btb also.

WCR All 5 Ps this morning, but breffis was BG Beef, so no Clean Plate Club yet.

Holding our breath here on the B word. Tess has been nibbling at her food off and on so I'm not sure what effect that is having on the last test. Appy is off after all the extra fuds last night.

We haven't seen numbers like last night in a while. I think, after4 cycles, that was a good endorsement for the new pen after 50 days.

WOW 50 days!!! My record on a pen is 44 days & I didnt even know it!!! Someone here told me :lol: :lol: :lol: --Hope she passes over the B word & all will be well Happy Fursday -

Roni, tess is on Lev and that is supposed to be good for 42 days. I missed checking my dates too. Then the Costco Pharmacy was closed on Sunday! ohmygod_smile

I know peeps are saying since we refrigerate it should last longer, but I usually see a definite improvement when I switch out earlier.

I too always notice our pen going wonky relatively soon after the 28 days (for Lantus)... it may be coincidence, or the fact that I leave it sitting on the counter far too often!! I'm curious to see how this month goes, as I've been far more diligent about getting it back in the fridge right away (thus far, at least.). Hope you continue to reap the benefits of new pen magic!!!

Hi Ann & Tess,
That was some pj party last night! I see that Tess is "resting" today after her feat. Your new pen seems really to have had an effect. I'm on day 40 of my present Lev. cartridge and may go back to the pen I opened right before this cartridge and then only used twice because I thought the numbers were not improving (in retrospect I don't think it was the pen; I wonder if the fact the pen was used twice will affect the insulin? Do I want to take a chance??)

Please thank Tess for cooking up lots more of the KTSS chicken soup for us beans. I feel better just thinking about it!

I guess it is a delayed bounce this time! :roll: Early night for us I think. Good thing, we are both bushed. While it was gorgeous out early this afternoon, you could feel the front come through and we scrambled to finish cleaning out the gutters and get everything under cover before the rains come. Maybe it will wash my car off, I didn't get that done.

i was looking at last night's cycle and thinking "what an awesome run!" and then my next thought was "poor ann!"

you must be tired! good thing (i guess) that tess is giving you tonight off! sleep well.

what a great day for Tess! Not too bad of a bounce, even if delayed. I hope she stays where she is, comes back down, not too low tough Tess, OK?
