Thanks, Carla. He is probably going to need more than he is getting now, but finding how to deliver an amount between NJ and 0.25 is a challenge. Our syringes deliver 3 drops/unit, so we can't go by drops.

I gave his ears a rest today. Tomorrow morning will be day 6 on NJ, so I will do more testing. DH and I have considered doing 2 NJ with different syringes every 12 hours. It would be somewhat unorthodox, but maybe it would be the perfect amount.
