Chester is high today, but with all the things going on (my husband's mother just died and we're running around dealing with things) better high than low where I have to worry about him as well. He hasn't gotten nearly the amount of play time that he's used to, poor little man.

Looks fine, though. Happy and active with a good appetite.

Re: 11/3 Chester's amps 366

Jaye - my sincere condolences on the loss of your MIL. It knocked me for a loop when I lost my mom. I'm so sorry. Had she been ill? Did she live near you? I agree, a high kitty will be one less thing to worry about today. again, I'm so sorry.

Re: 11/3 Chester's amps 366

Thank you.

No, she wasn't really ill, just 85 years old with most of the things that usually entails. She died VERY suddenly and unexpectedly. That, of course, throws everything in a turmoil, pet-wise and schedule wise. We're keeping Chester (and Robbie, my diabetic dog) on the same schedule for eating/shots, but everything else is thrown to the winds.

I'm so sorry for your loss ... it is always hard to lose someone, especially when it is out of the blue ... Maybe chester senses something is going on, and that you need him high for awhile .. they're pretty smart like that .. again, I'm sorry for your loss ....

Re: 11/3 Chester's pmps 220

Thank you.

My husband was home for part of the day and tried to get a BG on Chester...3 times...and failed each time. Chester was under the bed, husband was cussing. So no numbers on Chester today, but I'm sure my DH's blood pressure was pretty high!
