Zyler is doing well but he’s eating less compared to before our trip. Not sure if he’s being extra picky or just is feeling more satisfied. Weight is holding steady.

Smudge really cut back his eating once he was solidly in the green for some time. Zyler may be experiencing that now that he's been doing the same! It made me nervous, but I just monitored his weight and calculated his calories and made sure he got enough for being an indoor cat.

Ok good to know! He’s eating less than his current calorie budget which he’s maybe a pound above ideal so as long as he loses slowly, which I haven’t seen any drop yet. I haven’t seen him drink water since being on wet food, but Tiki cat has a lot of broth so I’m not surprised, obviously potty breaks have decreased drastically as well so all moving in a good direction!
