+6 272 All these high numbers in the morning are starting to get to me. If he doesn't go down by tomorrow, I'm calling the vet.

Well....there's only a few things that would really cause those high numbers in the morning. One is the dose is too high and he's going low at night and then bouncing up or else the dose is not enough. The AMPS is usually the last number to come down. I just wonder how low he might be going at night and then bouncing for several cycles.

The last thing could be there is something physically wrong with him. If he hasn't had a physical, bloodwork, check of his teeth lately, it's probably worthwhile to do so. I'd be checking him daily for ketones as well.

He has had some diarrhea for the past couple of days but it's since tapered off.
