It's very relaxing to start the day in blue! Papaya wasn't bugging me for more breakfast after she ate, just curled up in a happy snooze ball. When I was snuggling with her last night, I noticed how nice her back claws are now - very strong and white. They were looking very brittle and ugly for a while when she wasn't walking very well, so I guess it's all part of the overall "back end" improvement.

Thanks for the visit later last night, Kim . . . hmmm, you might be right about shipping weather . . . but chocolate raspberry or cherry coffee?

Have a nice day, LL, whether it's a day off for you or not :-D

EDITED TO ADD: Whoa, she had a snack at +4 anyways so I didn't test until +6, thinking it didn't look like such an active cycle. She woke up at that point and meowed a couple of times while I was trying to test . . . hello 44. That's the second day between 40 and 50 at this dose, so it's not a reduction yet. I would like to keep her at this dose until thing level out but knowing Papaya that might never happen

Papaya is definitely flirting with a reduction, but I hope she levels out for you. Those swings look a little scarey to me. Have a great weekend!

We keeping hoping Zener will flatten out too. Been hoping that for almost 3 years.    Love this cycle for Papaya! Just get on the surfboard...

 "Tad"? Papaya clearly doesn't know the meaning of the word . . . she likes to do things thoroughly! Boing!

I hope Papaya surfs safely
Well, surf, not so much, but she didn't go any lower so I guess that's safe

Aaaaah I'm pretty sure I will lose my marbles before another two years of this

I'm really annoyed with myself that I didn't catch that AM drop sooner. The +3 just really didn't look like an active cycle, and then I went btb and it kind of threw out the rest of the morning's schedule so I just let time slip by until the +6 test. Plus she's been looking at me like "you again? really?" when I come in with the testing kit so I hated to disturb the slumbering cat-ball. I ended up shooting early this evening because she was bugging me for food and I figured I might as well head off the bounce a bit. (Ever try to get anything done in the kitchen with cat paws wrapped around your ankle? )

Lots of girl kitties fighting for the drama queen crown today. It's only taken me two years to flatten out the Rainbow Queen a bit.

Good catch on the 44, Papaya does know how to surprise you. :o

Baking tonight? I don't get a cat wrapped around my ankle, but I do get one on the kitchen counter supervising a bit too closely.

Holy +6 Papaya! Whatcha doin' little girl?! And I am not sure it's necessary to go all stratosphere 3 hrs later...but I know that's the way you roll :-D

She sure likes to zip around Amy! No wonder she gets into her cozy little cat snooze balls...she's exhausted! Oh, ummmm, for the shipping of yummies....do I only get to choose just one? If it's a container issue, I got that covered! :-D

Have a wonderful night in the Gap!

Hi Wendy & Kim!

These girls must be a bad influence on each other . . . is there someone flaaaaat they can imitate instead? When I jumped into treating the diabetes (Oct last year) I was thinking great, maybe she'll be off insulin and I can still go on a trip I was hoping for in May . . . yeah right! Now for over a year I haven't been away from Papaya for more than 12 hours EVER. I just can't imagine trying to leave such a roller-coaster-drama-queen with anybody else. At least we get a few trips out to my parents' place! We seem to be in this for the long haul so she'd better start liking car trips a bit more!

I did bake some saskatoon muffins earlier, just cleaning out freezer, but I was more trying to make a big pot of soup with Papaya herding me into a corner in the kitchen. She flumps down near me, then stretches out her paws to grab at my feet. If I back away she repositions herself. There's not a lot of space so working around her while going back and forth from cutting board to stove was getting a bit dicey! I've never been able to have a mat where I stand at the sink, because if there's a mat, there's a cat, and washing dishes while having your feet shredded doesn't work too well either!

Kim - hmmm, I might have to dig around and give you the full choices . . . I think I missed these ones: blueberry pomegranate? caramel apple? jasmine green tea? apricot? crabapple? Kept finding thing I just HAD to try this year!

Hi Amy!
Wow, Papaya has been a busy girl today!!!
She's trying to visit as many colors as possible!?

I'm glad her back claws are looking nice and strong!
One more thing to add on Papaya's "things that improved" list!
