Well, we had 7 cycles of no yellow, but she’s back with a fury tonight. Very resistant cycle. Sigh. I feel that she’s becoming less & less tolerant of the 6.25 units. Having to go to lower and lower carbs to get green, plus had no green (all blue) 3 cycles ago. Interesting that we’re 13 days since her convenia injection, yet it does look like the sore on her chin is almost cleared up thankfully.
I also wonder if the large amount of 3% in AM cycle at +4 was too much carb too late and it is causing this bounce. I wish I could get more grit with letting her get lower, and/or just test at +2/3/5 and no more food after +3? I just have not found the right approach with food. I wish it were as easy as feed the same thing at same times, a routine. I’m always making food decisions based on her bg levels.
She is starving since insulin not working. Keeps eating more of the 0% food while her bg is almost 250. Sad.
