Thanks for the visits yesterday Rhiannon, Kim, Amy and Papaya, and Amy and Trixie! Another yuck this am. She has had a lot of those lately, but hopefully we'll snap out of it soon. Kim, maybe she'll decide to be hip and follow the "Blue is the new Black trend!" :lol: Amy, I think we must have a case of defective test strips, a bad meter, or another bad battery. :lol:

Hope Ebby comes down out of the stratosphere soon Melissa! I know those high numbers add extra worry

well that's not a fun number for your birthday....
but on the other hand, maybe you can go out and enjoy something today.....

Hi Chris, Yes, these numbers are icky! Not liking it one bit.

Rhiannon, Thank you! Yes, I was wising for a blue for my birthday but it didn't happen. Instead brother Babo woke me up with a birthday puke and Ebby gave me a 500. :lol:
It's a nice lazy day so far...Ebby watched me open some presents and DH wrapped up her new catnip stuffed squirrel so she got a present too.
 
Bummer about the number...but Happy Birthday! How sweet that DH also gave her a catnip squirrel. I hope you saw some blue!!
 
*gasp* we're birthday twins! today is my birthday too!

perhaps you could have a chat with ebby about what you'd like for a birthday present - like some lower numbers! yikes. bounce numbers can be so awful. and puke was definitely not on the birthday list! :lol:

let's don't compare years - i've reached the point where i'm wanting to turn them backwards now! ;-)

Thanks for the visits and b-day wishes! Ebby did finally come through with her present: a blue number just in time for the end of my b-day.

Julie, I'm so happy we're birthday twins! A very happy birthday to you too!! Thanksgiving wore us out and my DH just got done working 9 days in a row at Whole Foods, so we just took it easy tonight and ordered takeout and watched a movie. Hope you enjoyed your day!
