Checking in, it's been a minute!
Buster has been pretty stable lately. He was creeping in the 100s a bit, especially yesterday - but he also just started having some eye irritation issue that started 2 days ago, so I think that stress/discomfort may have contributed. I've started cleaning his eye a few times a day and his numbers seem a bit better today, and his eye seems to be improving too.

He's been at 2 units for a while, but also sometimes dips into the 60s so I wasn't sure about an increase. What do y'all think?

I’d see if he settles down as the eye irritation leaves and if you see more blue you could try an increase. He did hit 54 a few nights ago. As a long term diabetic reductions are now if under 40.
