Yesterday we had a record low PS (just what was she doing during the night?) followed by a bounce and slight fur shot combo, then more icky grr_red in the evening.

11/27 Recap:

Today, as per the usual start of the third cycle of the bounce recovery after greens, it started in red. We had plans for lunch with a friend, and after her +5 and seemingly slow slide down, I decided we had time to visit Granville Island market after lunch. About that +8.5 :o :shock: :mrgreen: - totally not expecting that. I guess we are pretty much over that bounce! :lol:

The day started out dry and cloudy and Neko did manage to get one yard patrol in. It's warmer than yesterday, but still not great. She did hang out in the solarium basket this AM, in spite of it not being especially warm there. Fleece is the best invention EVER for cats!

Nice little :mrgreen: :mrgreen: surf going on. I wonder how long she's been green. Must have been some steep drop between +5 and +8.5, much faster than she was dropping earlier. So much for using the SS to predict what she'll do. Being a cat!!!

@Carla - I'm sure she'll bounce from this, just not sure how high.

@Pip - Ann (of Ann and Tess) was saying yesterday in Maggie's condo that she's noticed that Tess recovers faster from a fur shot than from a bounce. I wonder if that's what's happening here, as I think Neko recovers fairly quickly from a fur shot. Plus she has a larger shed which helps.

Hi Wendy, wow that was a steep drop between +5 and +8.5. It sure looked like she was giving you permission to be gone and nice you caught the drop. It looks like she's recovered nicely from the slightly fur shot.

Well, a PS that's only 300 points lower than this morning. :lol: I guess I get a do-over of yesterday morning's low PS. Neko was non stop crying for food from her +11 until dinner time. She knows that tests about that time mean dinner afterwards. :roll:

@Ann - it looks like both Maggie and Neko have recovered nicely from their FS yesterday. That steep drop may cause issues with the liver however.

@Michelle - still continuing on the surf so far. Not sure about that no bouncing thing though, Neko does so love to bounce.

@Liz - Neko's going to get lots of attention for the next couple of hours. :lol:

Well, you're right. Looks like some of this morning's high rollers are now mucking around in the greens. Hmmmm, these little stinkers are in cahoots! Keep the surfing there, ok Neko? Didn't want a pajama party this evening, but with a dose increase added on to a bounce recovery, what was I expecting? Neko did good recovering from the bounce and partial fur shot.

Hmm. Surfing the low greens. Haven't broken out the gravy yet, but might soon.

@Lisa, @Helen - I wonder if this is influence of the full moon. Some kitties go high and some go low under that moon. Ours did both today!

I broke out the 20%. I want him higher greens and it appears he needs the boost. Good luck with what you decide - I wouldn't blame you if you did. I'm right there with you on the full moon thing!

Broke out the Gravy Lover's. This way I can go to 1 hour in between tests and get a nap. If she starts low like this, nadir is usually at +4.5.
