Yikes I am not liking his numbers the last few days.I have no idea why the bounces! I hate to increase to 4.00, the highest he has been . Suggestions

It does look like he needs more insulin. I would go up to 4U. Do you think you could do a curve every few days to see whether you are missing any lows? It seems unlikely, but good to rule it out.

I will increase but it will be difficult to do curve as I am not home to do it .
